Module One M

Description

Thanks to the modular principle, the semi-automations MODULE ONE S and MODULE ONE M are configured to perfectly match the requirements. With up to 3 printing units in 60 mm, 90 mm, and 130 mm sizes, they cover a wide printing range. Depending on the design, the automations are flexibly equipped with standardized assemblies. For this purpose, up to three standard machines of the HERMETIC, SEALED INK CUP and V-DUO series are available, optionally with electric and electro-pneumatic drive.

Easy access to the printing units leads to reduced set-up times. For fine adjustment of the print, the machines are equipped with an x/y machine cross table (+/- 5 mm). Except for the V-DUO, where the X/Y adjustment is made directly on the cliché holder. The machines are installed on so-called satellites, which are attached to the base frame. Machines with ink cup size 60 mm and 90 mm are used on the same satellite size. Machines with ink cup size 130 mm require a larger satellite.

Thanks to the proven TAMPOPRINT standard machine technology and the rapid availability of standardized components, the machine concept offers a safeguard for future productions. Therefore, in addition to the high ease of maintenance and the many years of use of the systems, upgrading to future requirements is also possible.
