Closure Print Compact

The CLOSURE PRINT COMPACT uses the vertical rotary principle to print caps in multiple colors and with maximum precision. The high register accuracy of our V-RTI 3000 rotary printing unit allows consistent quality to be printed over a longer period of time. Conversion to other closures takes place within a very short time thanks to the quick-change mandrel system.

The CLOSURE PRINT COMPACT is equipped with our tried-and-tested feed system, which transports the caps gently and in the correct position. With the integrated pretreatment, intermediate drying and final air drying, the closure cap is optimally prepared for pad printing and its further use. Simple plug-and-play installation means the system is quickly ready for operation by the customer. The extensive features up to the optional quality control by camera inspection systems make the rotary system a perfect full automation for smaller output quantities.
