The MODULE ONE XXS and MODULE ONE XS stand for high operator safety in the use of stand-alone pad printing machines and are designed for printing parts that require easy loading and unloading in manual workstation operation. The compact frame and the choice of three pad printing machines from the HERMETIC, SEALED INK CUP and V-DUO Series are the cornerstones. The maximum ink cup size is Ø 130 mm. Therefore, typical applications are in the area of smaller components.
The sturdy stable frame with the protective enclosure and the attached light barrier provides a high level of protection during hand insertion. The infinitely height-adjustable angle table enables printing on parts of different heights and provides additional protection so that interference from below is prevented. The difference between MODULE ONE XXS and MODULE ONE XS lies in the attachments.
The MODULE ONE XS also has the option of mounting a rotary indexing plate. This serves as an insertion aid and is optionally available in two- or four position index. The light curtain ensures safe hand insertion at the rotary indexing table. Together with the practical storage surface, the MODULE ONE XS increases productivity in manual operation.
