The MAP (modular automation platform) consists of a base frame and up to twenty independent workstation positions. This allows greater process optimisation, as each position can be configured to allow various process steps to take place simultaneously.
Thanks to “mark on the fly” technology a moving component can be marked in one complete process. This eliminates the need for step-by-step marking and offers significant gains in production output.
